CANCELLATION TERMS AND POLICIES

• In any case of cancellation of booking, it must inform in advance to One Step Up by writing only.
• Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of cancellation letter.
• Refund as per the cancellation policy shall be paid within 10 days from the receive of intimation.
• No interest will be applicable on refund.
• If full tariff is not paid as per the payment terms, One Step up has right to cancel the booking. 
• The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.

1. Before 30 Days from Tour / treks Start Date - Full Refund
2. Between 30 - 21 Days from Tour / Trek Start Date - 75% refund
3. Between 20- 15 Days from Tour/ Trek Start Date - 50% refund
4. Between 14- 7 from Tour/ Trek Start Date - Days 25% refund
5. Within 7 days from Tour/ Trek Start Date - No Refund

Cancellation due to force Majeure Situations:

• For the safety of guests, One Step Up reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour / treks under the force majeure situation like road block, strike, riots, illness, accidents, ‘bandhs’, suspension or discontinuation of services by suppliers, major event at the visiting destinations affecting route of transport etc.
• Refund is not applicable under force majeure situation, guests can opt for other tours.
•  Incase of cancellation or rescheduling of flight / train after or before the tour, guest is required to pay the additional cost occurred for accommodation, food  or transfer etc.

Please note:  We charge 2.5% of the total amount of booking as our service fee in case of any cancellation over and above the above cancellation charges.
